Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Preparation and consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacigty after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8 - 10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).( Use shredded plastic @10% of total bitumen instead of 100% i.e 90% VG-30 & 10% shredded plastic)

With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.( Use shredded plastic @10% of total bitumen instead of 100% i.e 90% VG-10 & 10% shredded plastic)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )

1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. Upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 River sand )

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 River sand )

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.
