Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-25mm thick Kota stone slabs over and including 20mm thick screed layer in CM (1:3), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone incl rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Kota stone on treads of stair case shall be in one piece.

M&L 20-25 mm thick Kota stone slabs as in vertical surfaces like dado or skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) set & joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The size of kota stone shall be 550 x 550mm (minimum). Kota stone on risers of stair case shall be in one piece.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) in floors/roof padding finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less then 3 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing) not less than 150gm/Sqm and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with while mineral gravel finish, uniformly embedded during manufacturing process thermally insulated shall be used. M&L for providing damp proof layer on all external walls upto cill level (out side & in side) in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious powder applying at the rate of 1.40 Kg/ Sqm of mix per coat. Second coat should be applied after 4-6 hrs of first coat, 5 days curing is to be carried out to the surface before providing plastering. M&L for building security light bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe of 1.2 m length bent to required shape suitable for fixing street light fitting on Steel tubular pole including two Nos clamps made out 40mm X 6mm flat with suitable nuts and bolts including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable bracket as scrap any size / description and complete all as specified and directed. Taking down electric meter from location and refixing the same LT panel box/ wall including with mounting box with sheet, nut, bolts, suitable thimbles including making connection complete as specified.

Taking down the ceiling fan of any sweep carefully from its installed position, dismantling complete with down rod , replacement of capacitor, Rubber wheel bush and cleaning of all dust, applying grease for bearings, reassembling the fan and blades, painting of fans and down rod with synthetic enamel white paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, writing MES No. with black paint, and keeping a side safely and hanging / refixing in position and connecting up including provision of 3 core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan and testing on completion complete all as directed. NOTE :- The spare parts Capacitor & Rubber wheel bush including nut-bolts , washer, safety pin etc. shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 250mm sweep non metallic type alongwith louvers / front grill complete suitable to work on AC, single phase, 230 Volts, 1350 RPM, 50 Hz supply and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size 0.75 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells or equivalent item of make as specified in PS.

Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified and as directed including the following:- (i) GI earth plate of size 60 x 60cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers. ( n.exc 15 cms each layer) (iii) 4 mm GI wire from earth plate to MCB DB/machinery including necessary GI bolts, nuts check , washers, thimbles etc. (iv) 20 mm bore, light grade, Gi pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 15 mm dia bore G. I. medium grade pipe for protection of earth wire. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50 mm thick precast cover of reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with steel rainforcement 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 10 Cm c/c both ways and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 m as directed. Note :- (i) GI Wire & Protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable geyser of any type by disconnecting all electrical connections & inlet-outlet pipe and deposit to MES store yard complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : (a) All old unserviceable geysers are property of MES Department and Contractor shall deposit old geyser to MES Store Yard. without any extra cost to department.

Supply and fix storage type steel body with copper inner tank electric water heater (Geyser) of 25 litres capacity, 5 star rating, 2 KW heating eliment power, incoloy glass coated heating element, thermostat cutout temperature (ºC), adjustable knob for temp setting ,vertical type , to operate on single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply & complete with all safety controls including provision of suitable bolts, nuts, washers and grouting on walls and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing sufaces and provision of suitable PVC flexible pipe for hot & cold connection, chromium plated brass check nuts for cold & hot water lines and one No. non return valve of suitable size complete installation with testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Havells or other equivalent specified make as approved by GE.

Modify holes / Cutting holes for air ducting of exhaust fan in Circule / square shape or as per site requirement into or through concrete walls built in cement mortar of superficial area exc 400 sq.cm but n.exc 0.10 sq.m to a depth of 30cm including making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cementconcrete 1:2:4 type B-l and cover old hole as required and rubbish off the premises.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable exhaust fan of any type by disconnecting all electrical connections and deposit to MES store yard complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : (a) All old unserviceable exhaust fan are property of MES Department and Contractor shall deposit to MES Store Yard without any extra cost to department.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core, laid in trenches / duct / fixing on walls / poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts in existing Panel / pole to main DB and testing , incl dismantling of old unserviceable cable any size & type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil any type not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified.

M&L for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe of size 50mm outer dia and 38mm inner dia confirming to IS:14930 Part-II including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc. laid in trenches/ fixed to wall with suitable clamps for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
