Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above gound level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path/hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for tightening bolts and closing bolt holes, etc.to rectify the leakage/ seepage, in old roof of corrugated steel sheets by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts if required, all set in stiff white lead Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & Lwork in reapir welding n. exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm, welding of hinges, helical door spring, tower bolt clips, MS Flat in steel window for fixing wiremesh, etc complete all as specified and direcetd by Engineer-in-charge.
