Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring on wooden battens/through conduit (light fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, wooden batten, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, box type tube light fittings, removing the materials from site except fittings etc which shall be reused in the work and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/ floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for concealed point wiring for controlled by one switch with PVC insulated but unsheathed single core FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable IS-694 marked of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia by cutting chases in walls by cutter and making good the surface in CM 1:3 and to the original specification and PVC conduit on ceiling for steel structure/surface conduit with clamps, gutties etc for RCC ceiling with including one run of PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm with green insulation as earth wire and connected to earth dolly completeall as specified for the following.(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

Supply and fixing LED building security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast housing, high performance polycarbonate optics and IP 66 ingress protection with driver including 1.5 mtr length GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc.

S&F Modular AC Socket and heavy duty plug with metal box for AC, 3 Module, Single Pole MCB not less than 20 Amps, repturing capacity 10 kA including complete all as specified and directed.
