M&L preperation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pilasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All grass, trees should be removed from the chajjas, and wall during the time of white wash, No extra payment shall be paid to the contractor.

Description same as per item No.1 above but on ceiling in lieu of walls complete all as spedified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall and coping and appying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of JK/Birla wall care putty including prepration of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of wall by scrubing with hard wire brush, washing down with water and applying JK/Birla wall care putty, to receive smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint as approved by GE over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as speified and directed. M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces and writting letters n.exc 30cm high including back ground n.exc 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on brick/solid block masonry wall/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and a directed.

M & L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L preperation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper and one coat of white putty on walls all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint and one coat of white putty on surfaces of walls.

S & F in repair sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beads or oil putty in square n exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
