Dismantling wrought iron or miled steel work of any description not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and Mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, fixing at new or old fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair of IOWA type galvanised concertina coil 1050 mm dia laid over boundary wall between inner and outer fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type , complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only new chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new chain link MS galvanised fencing of size, complete all as specified and directed. Note: BOO will be conveyed by Accepting Officer for Conversion factor.

M&L mild steel flat iron (for securing wire mesh) bolt embedded in concrete including drilling bolts matching for wire including all necessary work and steel confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) dia 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut length of bolt exc 5 cm but n. exc 10 cm long complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash brick, sub class "B" brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in cement mortar(1 : 6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint (tint as approved by GE ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing/old treatment by manually and mechanically and preparation of surfaces using necessary filling compound of putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish using sand paper and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (tint as approved by GE ) on wall height upto 7.0 mt. and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- charge.

Demolition/ Taking out old kerb stones and removal from site ,complete all as specified

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete kerb stone of PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of approved shape and size of 0.45 m x 0.30 m x 0.15 m including chamfered angles, weathering or singly round throating etc including setting and jointing in cement slurry 1:4, including necessary arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of walls / kerb stone / concrete (plastered or unplastered ) by brooming down etc applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work as in Steel Gate of angle or other section with gusset plate, rails, braces, stair case etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete drilled for fixing of steel including welding etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, locking arrangement, gate closer, stopper etc and hanging also fastening and fixing and building upto 8 mtr complete all as spfd.

S&F 1 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

Supply and Fixing MS framed work such as grill grantings using as cage which is joint by nuts and openable with gates incl fitting etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or reverted, or forged into spiles framed guard bars ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar works to Fe 290Gde E-165 all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in sub base concrete all as specified & directed.

M&L 75 mm PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing for finished floor cement concrete & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

M&L for forming construction joint grade 'A' 30mm deepX10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs, pre cast cement concrete jallies, 35 mm thick, type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including wire fabric set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm crushed graded stone aggregate ) as in pillars , drain covers , etc. including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and set in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving/ chequered cement concrete tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L 40 mm thick tibba Sand filling under floors or in foundation including consolidation all as specified

M&L 60 mm Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick ness , M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment fixed with cement all as specified

Supply and fixing factory made chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 200mm x 200mm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide primer incl for angle iron, fencing post, Rolling shutter etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S & F MS chequered Plates channels , square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without ant attachment, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality-A, complete all as specidied and as directed.
