Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain etc including removing the same where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) including removing the same where directed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling posts/struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete/brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors gates in any position, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layer n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path /plinth protection & hard standing, sub base finish even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm gd stone aggs as in fdn filling and mass concretre complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in RCC fencing post, terminal post, struts etc of any section as desired by Engineer-in-Charge with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including all necessary form work etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in cover slab over drain etc set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete coloured Inter locking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over sand cushion & laid over sub base all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation

S&F MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over for reinforcement etc, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending sprially for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured Chequared cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of pigment

S&F in repair galvnised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia of barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straighting bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provn of galvnised MS wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 33 above but restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, ant mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

Supply only chain link fencing 100x100mm mesh or cages with 3.8mm to 4mm dia mild steel galvanized wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh/chain link fencing incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0

S&F mild steel structural work as in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled MS framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plate, rail, brases etc ornamental and intricate design, including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting to be prepared for hanging and also fastening conforming to Fe 410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel plain black sheet 0.80 mm thick in steel gate and similar work,cut to size hole punched including round headed screw/welded with steel framing with 40mm lap joint with reveted or welded seams including bending or turning up ,mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

M/L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 41 above but surface of any description n. exc 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of Old painted surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
