REPAIR MAINT OF CHLORONOME PLANT OF WATER SUPPLY SERVICES AT AF STN BAMRAULI

Comprehensive maintenance of decrin dosing plants installed at various installations of GE (AF) Bamrauli of different capacity/model comprising of the following:-

(a) Daily checking of all plants for functional aspect of decrin dosing plants such as checking of valve, checking of gauge etc and making the plant functional for operation also by arresting any kind of leakage/blockage of plant any time any location under GE (AF) Bamrauli Area and rectifying the same within 30 mins after receiving information for making functional/ leak proof the plant by skilled mechanic and other minor parts not specifically mentioned shall also be replaced where required for proper functioning alongwith safety equipment required to detect/stop the leakage/blockage on daily basis duly signed by all operators of plants at various installations and the same shall be produced to JE E&M / AGE E/M by next day

(b) Daily checking of availability of chlorine at all the pump houses and at least one user end of each pump house, checking of samples of water at Command MI Room as per the direction of doctor/ nursing asst and the same be recorded on a register and signature of MO or person authorized to do so may be obtained and produced to Engr-in Charge for verification every day. NOTE:- (i) Record on account of item No.1(a) and (b) to be produced while claiming the RAR. (ii) Cost of gasket, nut/bolts, washers, lubricants, oil grease etc and other minor parts not specifically mentioned shall also be replaced where required for proper functioning shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor on this account. (iii) Quoted rate will not include for operation of plants. Operation of plant shall be carried out by the department. (iv) Unit shall be 08 hours per day

S&F in replacement of gun metal gate valve 15 mm size ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Leader/IVC/BIR

Disconnecting, taking out and replacement of Dozing injector 230V 50Hz including on/off swith and stokes / Minute of Max 135 and Minimum 15 with motor, Discharge pressure 10Kg/cm2, High flow rate 0-20 PLH including accessories injection check vlave, foot valve, suction and delivery vent, NRV, end caps with internal threads to secure on the injector and main pipe line, required length of braided nylone pipe to withstand up to 4 to 10 kg pressure, mounting brackets with 4 holes, 4 Nos nut, bolts all as directed. Make: Aquafit/Verima or equivalent as approved by accepting officer.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 120 watts agitator motor, 960 RPM, single phase 230V complete all as specified and directed. Make: Aquafit/Verima or equivalent as approved by accepting officer.

Disconnecting and taking out the unserviceable 120 watts agitator motor, 960 RPM , single phase and rewinding with copper enamelled wires of suitable gauge, replacement of bearing, brackets and tolerance rings suitable for agitator including refixing complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC/UPVC/Synthetic pump tube of length 19 cm and dia 1 cm suitable for decrin dosing pump including taking down old unserviceable pump tube complete all as directed. Make : Aquafit/Verima or equivalent as approved by accepting officer.

S&F in replacement of check valve duckbill suitable for decrin dosing pump including taking down old unserviceable check valve duckbill complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Aquafit/Verima or equivalent as approved by accepting officer.

S&F in replacement of 3/8" white sucktion/discharge bore nylon braided hard PVC pipe suitable for decrin dosing pump complete all as directed. Make : Aquafit/Verima or equivalent as approved by accepting officer.

S&F in replacement of FRP preparation tank of 170 Ltr, FRP dosing, Dia 650mm, net height 375 mm dia, Conical 300 mm, consisting of water inlet line, outlet with Y stainer, drain, overflow, conical bottom for sludge deposition, Pot hole with cover fixing of agitator motor and decrin dozing pump etc with top half hinged opening complete and connection with service tank all as specified and directed. Make : Aqua 1005/ Verima/ Declibac or equivalent as approved by Accpeting Officer.

S&F in replacement of FRP preparation tank / dosing tank of 100 Ltr, FRP dosing, top dia 540mm, net height 575 mm dia, bottom 480mm, consisting of water inlet line, drain, overflow level gauge inspection port complete all as specified and directed. Make : Aqua 1006/ Verima/ Declibac or equivalent as approved by Accpeting Officer.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
