Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness,including plastering and leeping, including taking down tarfelt etc .complete all as specified and directed. .(Note : Contractor taking down Reterieved mud/debries from Roof adopt by Mechenical way as lift etc and disposed off in low line area at any distance . Note : Height Max 12 Meter).

Demolition of Bricks pointed in any cement mortor (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors,Channels, kerbs, aporons etc complete all as specified and directed..(Note : Contractor taking down Reterieved material & mud/debries from Roof adopt by Mechenical way as lift etc and remove from site/disposed off in low line area at any distance . Note : Height Max 12 Meter).

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). complete all as specified and directed. Note : (Height Max 12 Meter)

Material and labour for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded Creushed stone aggregate) ,on roof surface as padding to receive water proofing treatment to the required slope including finishing the exposed surface even and fare all as specified and directed. Note (Height Max 12 Meter)

Material and labour for 75mm thich Cement concrete type B-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded Creushed stone aggregate) ,in alternate ways (area n.exc 3 Sqm each Panel) ,Plinth protection/Pavings ,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using old size sub class 'B' bricks in walling, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) including Cutting grooves in bricks wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed and directed. Note : (Height Max 12 Meter)

Applying one coat of hot blown Industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm, over APP Membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed cement concrete tiles 40cm x40cm x25mm thick set jointed and Pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigement complete all as specified and directed.( ISI Marked).

Material and labour for for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forProviding cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in hieght, coping, kneeless apex stones , Staging, bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 250 & n exc. 500 ltrs , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 16 to 20 mm dia fasner with washer and nut insert to wall/Floor as per site requirements etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 2mm Plain Fibre glass reinforced translucent sheet fixed with mechanical screw and washer in roof,wall etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheets 0.6 mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550/MPA as in roof covering, cladding to wall fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any discription exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enemal Paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
