Providing/fitting of 250 mm diameter cast iron non return valve PN 1.0 after replacing the existing damaged non return valve by way of breaking the concrete floor and cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter. The job involves shifting of 250mm dia non return valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour .The job further involves fitting of flanged ends cast iron non return valve on the delivery side of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles. Flooring around the reflux valve by concrete mixture.The job includes the cost of material, carriage and hire charges of material and tools and tackles required for the job, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour at site L.I.S Nazlachak.

Providing/fitting of 250 mm diameter Foot valve of pumping unit no. 02 after replacing the existing damaged foot valve by way of extracting of foot from the canal by cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter by using manual labour and suitable tools & tackles. The job involves shifting of 250mm dia foot valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour .The job further involves replacement of rusted M.S suction pipe by way of providing/fitting of new 250mm dia M.S suction pipe, 6mm thickness ( 4m approx.) including welding of the flanges at the both ends of pipe. The job includes lowering of the foot valve into the canal and fitting of foot valve on the suction pipeline of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles.
