Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated Radiology Information System and Picture Archiving Communication System (RIS-PACS) at JLNH&RC, Sector-9, BSP, Bhilai

• The bidder should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: - The bidder should have carried out Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Radiology Information System and Picture Archiving and Communication System in minimum 01 site within India in minimum 500 bedded hospital in the last five years from the date of NIT. Self-attested photocopies of following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above: i) Purchase order/ Work order, GST invoice, commissioning certificate/ Performance certificate / Completion certificate/ Final acceptance / any other documents issued by the client showing completion of the job corresponding to clause 1 above. The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for consecutive three financial years ending as on 31.03.2025 shall be at least Rs.85.58 lakhs. The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports (Profit and Loss Accounts statement and balance sheet in English language) in support of the above. Net Worth of the bidder should be positive as per audited annual accounts as on 31.03.2025. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.2019 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
