M&L for complete disconnecting APFC panel from all incoming/outgong connection of any capacity, checking the serviceability of all components i.e. existing capacitors, contactors, MCBs, MCCB, indicator lights, power factor controller, replacement of burnt out PVC insulated copper wire, copper thimble, MCB's SPN, 'C' Series (6-25 Amps) and re-connect the same after thoroughly clean and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Capacitors, contactors, MCCB and power factor controller items, etc. shall be measured and paid separately if required.

S&F as in repair synthetic rubber insulated mats 2mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2mx1m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L as in repairs LT ACB of capacity 800/1000 amps by disconnecting from the busbar and replacing all unserviceable parts of finger contact with male female set and wiring with new copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sq.mm, rReplacing the unserviceable mechanical spring system, fixed and moving contacts, replacement of bearing of spring charge motor and rewinding of control transformer with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and replacement of FRCD (free return charge device) of all connected work including require at site for proper and smooth functioning of air circuit breaker complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cam switch with wiring suitable for existing ACB panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring charge motor with gear suitable for existing ACB Panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs LED indicator with wiring suitable for existing ACB panel as per existing capacity and make complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs straight through cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints for UG electric cable, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor, nominal cross-sectional area 25 Sq.mm to 50 Sq.mm, 3½/4 core and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 20 here-in-before but of nominal cross-sectional area exc. 70 Sq.mm, 3½ core.

All as per Serial item No. 26 here-in-before but cable size of 120 Sq.mm to 185 sq.mm.

S&F as in repairs cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sq.mm to 95 sq.mm and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 28 here-in-before but cable of size120 Sq.mm to 185 sq.mm.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth, getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches/passing through pipe/on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor of 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sq.mm, 4 core and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of the saddle and clamp for fixing of cable on wall are deemed to be included with the quoted rate.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured.

S&F sub-class B bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Laying only old serviceable bricks perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable GI / HDPE pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 50mm high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F as in repairs GI pipe of 80mm dia, light grade for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 49 here-in-before but 50mm dia GI pipe, light grade.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm dia under road/foot path, etc. not exc. 10m in a single length complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs twin core cable (BTC), 4 sq.mm for 1100 volts grade, heavy duty, weather proof, flat cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium cable for service connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of LT exissting panel doors welding, cutting, inches, nuts, bolts, including doors hinges material, cleaning/dressing of inner and outer part, crimping, replacement of gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Item such as gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB, etc. to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for painting of LT panel/feeder pillar, any size after cleaning the body surface inner side and outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust , dust, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of both Outdoor / Indoor type transformer unit of capacity 100 KVA to 630 KVA for painting including fins/radiators, removal of all rust/oil/grease and unwanted materials, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint, smoke grey, by means of spray gun at site of installation and writing of SM/MES number complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 55 here-in-before but capacity of both Outdoor / Indoor type transformer unit 1000 KVA to 2000 KVA.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of HT 33 KV CT / PT oil cooled outdoor type for painting including fins/ radiators, removal of all rust/oil/grease and unwanted materials, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint, smoke grey, by means of spray gun at site of installation including writing of SM/MES number, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of HT VCB outdoor type for painting including fins/radiators, removal of all rust/oil/grease and unwanted materials, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint, smoke grey, by means of spray gun at site of installation including writing of SM/MES number, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and painting to all metal parts of 33/11 KV main receiving station yard of size 30m x 15m comprising of HT pole 10 Nos, iron structure 10 Nos complete accessories, etc. and painting with two coats of aluminium paint on all HT pole and two coats smoke grey paint on iron structure with lime wash to PCC/brick structure, external surfaces of equipment platform, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (8.5m to 9m long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto to 1m length, 1m height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface dressing/cleaning of various electric Sub Station premises free from vegetation of any type including trimming of tree, branches, bushes, creepers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The frequency of surface dressing shall not be less than 1 month between subsequent trimming/cutting.

M&L for mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc. 5cm long and diameter of neck 5mm to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium lugs of the following sizes : -

S&F as in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 16 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals including taking out old existing unserviceable/burnt out MCCBs from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, etc. of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 in SSR Part-I, connected to earting test point all as specified complete including necessary excavation and earth work, pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with 50mm thick cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) having suitable handle (10mm dia MS bar/rod), 20mm dia GI pipe, medium grade of watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh of size 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead conductor and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
