M&L for pin point of fault in LT/HTunderground cables by using high voltage fault detector machine as and when required at site complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for disconnecting burnt LT cable from MCCB/Main switch/Transformer etc and cleaning the bus bar and removing carbon and rusted nut bolts etc complete and reconnecting the LT cable after replacement of aluminium lugs, glands and insulating exposed inner core of the cable with insulation tape etc for the following size cables per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 80 mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 100 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs digital Voltmeter 0-500 volt square type complete with necessary fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs digital ammeter 0-100 amps square type complete with necessary fixing and 3 Nos of CTs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs digital ammeter 0-200 amps square type complete with necessary fixing and 3 Nos of CTs all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular pole 9mtr height including cross arm, clamp, back plate etc in situ on with one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminium paint after cleaning preparation of surface including making alternate yellow and black strip 30 cm wide 5 nos. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm connected to the plate by means of GI bolts & nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part - I, connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including main earthing, charcoal, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 earth pit with RCC cover, MS funnel with GI watering pipe, wiremesh, earth work excavation etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. M&L for repair of existing earthing pit chamber as under : (a) Repair to damaged plaster in cement mortar 1:6, 10mm thick to match with existing. (b) Provision of RCC (1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates) cover with reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape (c) Provision of funnel and wire mesh. (d) Two coats of White wash on surface of earthing chamber.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batter or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x 4 mm dia galvanised iron strip, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of 2/4 pole structure/ sub station /OHR/UG sumps/Pump house surrounding by surface dressing including removing shrubs, grass, mini plants and other unwanted materials and levelling and removing the excavated materials not exe. 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Cutting/trimming of tree branches up to 80mm dia along overhead Electric lines which are growing/touching or falling on ACSR conductor /poles or near by substn etc., at any height upto 11 mtr from ground level and making sufficient clearence(1.5mtr) from ACSR conductor /poles /structure and taking down the same on the ground carefully &take all safety precaution to avoiding the damage and removing to a distance where directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for Attending fault of APFC pannel including repair to APFC pannel, replacing burned out wiring, setting and adjusting APFC relay etc complete and making APFC pannel servicable all as specified and directed (NOTE : Cost of wiring / materials are included in quoted rates)

S&F in replacement mild steel work (structural) as in cross arm bracing supports, clamps & back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any size or shape as indicated including one primer coat with red oxide primer & one black finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
