Supply and fixing in replacement of 60 W LED Street Light luminaire confirming including all necessary arrangement for fixing on Pole made up of Epoxy coated pressure Die Cast aluminum housing confirming IP66 for Optical Compartment and Control Gear Compartment. The Optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety. LED Street Light should be provided with non -yellowing modular secondary lens optics .The driver used is specially designed to have built-in-surge voltage,open/short ckt protections .Built in surge protection of 4 kv and External surge protection of 10 kv provided for additional safety.side entry mounted for 40 mm and above OD pipe bracket. The LED shall be tested with LM80-08 standard .The LEDs used in Street Light shall have CCT of ≥ 5700 K with CRI of ≥70. The LED Street Light shall be of Integral type. The Input voltage range shall be 140V to 270V. The LED Driver shall be of isolated type with Constant Current Constant Voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED Street Light shall have luminous of ≥ 90/watt and power factor more than 0.9 with THD less than 10% complete as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for three run single core zero halogen flame retardant insulated cable 2.5 Sqmm with unilay copper conductor and drawn through pole from junction box to street light throuh conduit pipe properly fixed with pole through clamps ,nut bolts etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 40 mm bore Steel tubing galvanized(Light grade) conforming to IS -1239 for passing cable under road /floor or fixing to poles for protection of underground cable complete with flat iron 50x6 mm clamps made to shape and 12mm dia bolts, nuts and washers for fixing where required, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separatly)

S & F mounting arm for installation of LED light made from (40 mm bore dia) GI pipe medium grade of total length 1.5 mtrs fabricated as per approved design, supplied alongwith mounting clamps-02 Nos, fabricated from 65mm x 5 mm MS sheet, complete all as specified and directed.
