Disconnecting of HT supply From Main HT Panel after proper switching of 11 KV VCB Discharging the supply complete drain out the transformer oil from transformer to empty oil drum by oil machine dismantling of conservator tank all protection relays cables and boxs vent pipes and other items as required.
Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing the sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required.
Replacement of top cover gasket vertical vent gasket & missing hardware to stop the oil leakage.
Replacement of salica gel.
Providing and fixing new CTs at LT side bus bars as per requirement of APFC Panel to maintain power factor properly
Insulating the HT leads of both sides as required
Checking & matching of control wiring of all protection relays and calibration of bucchlaz relay and protection relays testing the same.
Complete assembling of transformers cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection of incoming and outgoing side and testing & checking of IR test with megger of winding & cable of both sides with HT Pot machine.
Providing / fixing of winding protection pad.
Repair of cooling fins, replacement of defective cooling fins gasket and oil seal for stopping the leakage ( one transformers)
Dehydration & filtration/ top up of complete transformer oil and checking the die electric strength up to 50 KV at site as required
Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of transformer with existing enamel paint.
Insulating the LT bus bars with epoxy paint after complete cleaning of carbon of bus bars.
