ADDITION ALTERATION TO FLOORING OF P 41 (STORAGE ARRANGEMENT SHED) AT NSD (SEWRI) UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris out side MoD land upto requisite distance

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 75 mm thick (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, bearing course including demolition of existing PCC any type and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) vacuum de-watered flooring through mechanical process using requisite instruments / apparatus as in flooring, basement slab, ramp, beams etc. The laying of RCC M-30 design mix shall be carried out as in pannel by utilising necessary formwork. The formwork is deemed to be included in the quoted rate also the initial cutting of Dummy/construction/Expansion joints to be provided withing 24 hrs of laying of concrete. The panels of joint shall not be more than 15 sqm each & depth should not be less than 1/3rd of thickness of concrete and expansion joints upto full depth to be provided at the distance not more than 16 mtr in length & width. complete all as specified and directed by GE/EIC. Note : Quoted rates deemed to be include for mechanical process with requisite T&P (Diamond cutter/Concrete groove cutter) and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

S&F mild steel bars TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conferming to all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bars TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conferming to all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural repairs to internal protion of Columns,beams and slabs at maximum height of 8mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

3)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed. 6) M&L for 10mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified. and directed. complete all as specified and directed.
