Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials n exe 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5mtr above starting point complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick,cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in paths finished with even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade `A', complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor including spreading, levelling,watering, consolidation and well ramming in layers not exc 50mm thickness as in sand complete all as specified and directed.Note: 10% (Ten percent) deduction shall be made from the quantity computed based on initial and final levels).

M&L for 80mm thick factory made machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver block of M40 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006, made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved shape, size, colour and pattern, laid over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including watering, jointed, pointed in grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified. M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), 20mm thick for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm thick, shape and colour approved by the GE, highly abrasive and skid resistant, impact resistant, chemically treated, ISI marked (IS 13801) compressive strength of 300 Kg/Sqcm laid in floor, set, jointed & pointed with neat cement slurry with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. M&L for providing cast-in-situ cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in kerb stone and the like, including necessary formwork, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified.
