M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including Demolition of brick/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on stone/brick masonry surfaces or other than fair faces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including Taking down of cement plaster of any description including racking out of joints hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls finishing even and fair including necessary scaffolding work etc complete with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone/brick masonry surfaces or other than fair faces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including Taking down of cement plaster of any description including racking out of joints hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall surface over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer including chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided in, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 cover slabs (for man holes/Drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms/moulds/mitred stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed,
