To attend and rectify of sewage system complaint in daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R-I Sub division by deploying manpower by cleaning/clearing/removal blockage such as blockage/ chocked in any type/size/height/depth/location of WCs/urinal/bathroom /kitchen /WHB upto 1st manhole of sewage line along with any type/size/height/depth bore of outlet SGSW/PVC/CI/ UPVC/RCC etc pipe & including all kind of traps such as inspection chamber/Floor/ Nahani /Gully /Intercepting /bottle trap/P or S/multi floor traps of any type SGSW/PVC/CI/UPVC etc and in any position below or above ground level, in any floor, located in different situations, including opening/clearing eyes of sewage waste pipes/vent pipe etc, opening the access cover/grating and taking out/removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/sludge water/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid / semi solid/solid /bricks bats/debris/soil etc any unwanted materials of any kind etc including flushing with adequate water after cleaning make the all system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/unwanted/foreign material in any liquid/solid state etc outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Adequate water for flush out be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line in any depth , including cleaning of connected sewage pipe line from manhole of size 100/150/160/200/ 300mm bore laid in trenches and any length,including water closet, gully trap etc by deploying manpower, flushing the line and manholes with water as to make the fully functional line with man hole and removing sludge out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering the same. Adequate water for flush out sludge to be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.Pipe line including manholes cleared/ cleaned under this item is to arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.pipe line including manholes cleared/cleaned under this item is to be maintained by the contractor and kept fully functional by removing any type of blokage of entire period of completion of work without any extra cost and refixing manhole cover after cleaning all as specified and directed. Note: unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from line to manhole(liquid,semi-liquid,solid) excavation of borrow pit for dumping sludge, removing including loading, unloading and transportation etc.

Dewatering, desluding and cleaning of septik tank/soakwell/soak pits /manhole etc of any size & depth by means of truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure suction machine heavy duty taking out all materials such as silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid / semisolid state including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, slugging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of septik tank/soakwell/soak pits /manhole etc as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the septik tank/soakwell/soak pits /manhole etc and taking similar safety measures and removing sludge out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering the same and cleaning the septik tank/soakwell/soak pits /manhole etc with clean water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The solid state of sludge to be measured and paid as measured by dipping the measuring rod at site, the rate of dewatering is deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for dewatering in this item

M&L for dewatering/pumping /bailing out of soak well/filter bed at different locations completely of size not exceeding 4.8mtr dia and not exc 6.5mtr depth by using truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site with heavy duty sewage suction pump including taking out/removing all material such as sludge/soil waste/polythene/mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid/night soil waste etc including flushing with adequate water with jet pressure machine to make the sewage system fully functional, re-fixing the existing open access cover and removing sludge out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority Note:- Truck mounted Hydraulic Jet pressure/suction machine will be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rate for the same is included in this item.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but n exc 3 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 3m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface area not exc 36 cm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction, on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for non abrasive paving (endura) tiles 300mm x 300mm x10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15mm screed bed CM 1:4 to match complete all as specified and directed.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including dismantling old tiles and in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor/path etc with grey cement and pigments machine pressed and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition/dismantling old pcc/tiles complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

Notes :-For serial item no 1, 2, & 3 contractor will deploy minimum 03(three) mazdoor daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above in the concerned items. Mazdoor will report daily at compliant cell of AGE B/R - I Sub division at 8.30 AM to collect complaints and depart 5pm after attending all complaints. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor. (ii) Contractor accredited representative shall be available during cleaning. (iii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for all precautions to be taken by workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (iv) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include excavation of borrow pits for dumping, removing including loading/ unloading and transportation in covered container etc (v) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for Washing, cleaning floors with adequate water of any type of drops and splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy. (vi) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs. (vii) Contractor will ensure to remove the foul material in packed containers. (viii) Unit rate quoted by bidder is included for conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaint.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 47,770.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
