Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, as in filling under sunken floor portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering/plastering, 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of sunken floor and applying bitumen blown any grade applied two coats to concrete surface / rendering at the rate of 1.5 kg per sqm per coat and treating the sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for APP modified polymeric membrane with mineral finish on top min 3 mm thick & weighing n. less than 3.5kgs/sqm with mineral reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric(wt n.less than 150gm/m2) laid over cold bituminous primer by torch application method with min overlap of 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100m in the transverse direction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg.as in floor finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing seviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8 mm thick (square) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but nexc 0.11 sqm,in floor etc set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing metal enclosure (plug & socket type DB) complete including single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin, earth plug and socket complete with one SP MCB C Curve type of capacity 20 Amp, 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shallbe provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to sxposed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).
