UPGRADATION OF 33 KV AND 11 KV YARD EQPT WITH ALLIED WKS AT KANPUR CANTT

Excavation in trenches / foundation in soft / loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.5 m deep for HT / LT underground cable / pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling Mechanically horizontal using suitable auger/boring machine in soft/loose/ hard soil under road ,pavement hard standing for protection of GI pipe up to 100 mm dia complete all as spfd and directed. Note Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from ground level.

Supply & laying of GI tubing of 80 mm bore dia, light grade conforming to IS 1239- Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, on wall or pole incl fixing arrangement as directed, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches or passing through pipe/ducts, fixed to wall or poles XLPE insulated screened PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire earthed electric power cable with alumn conductor of cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3 core 33 KV rated suitable for earthed system including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed Note : (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning brick covers and GI pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading of new stone aggregate of size of 40mm evenly inside the RMU/ transformer yard area, remove the all debris, hard soil upto a depth of 40 cm manually with causing damage to the LT/HT UG cables of any size and in the presence of UG cable loop carefully clearing the area with out using excavating tools like crowbar, spades, showel etc and depositing the excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.
