Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but including shoring, strutting & baling out water wherever necessary including clearing spreading levelling refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cms thick well rammed watered consolidated etc., including depositing the surplus earth with in the initial lead of 10 meters and lift of 2 meters etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm hard broken granite metals including consolidating, compaction and curing etc. including dewatering where every necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification for foundation mats flooring etc. and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying reinforced Cement concrete 1:1:5:3 (one cement, 1.5 sand, 3 aggregate) mix using 20 mm HBG stone jelly approved quality centering structting and the cost of reinforcement grills in position but including machine mixing laying ramming consolidating etc., using mechanical vibrators with all leads and lift for materials and concrete complete finishing curing & also fixing the fan clamps in RCC works wherever necessary etc., complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Below Ground Level

Providing and laying reinforced Cement concrete 1:1:5:3 (one cement, 1.5 sand, 3 aggregate) mix using 20 mm HBG stone jelly approved quality centering structting and the cost of reinforcement grills in position but including machine mixing laying ramming consolidating etc., using mechanical vibrators with all leads and lift for materials and concrete complete finishing curing & also fixing the fan clamps in RCC works wherever necessary etc., complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Above Ground Level

Centering with shuttering and soffits for reinforced cement concrete items complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS rods required for reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel conveyance from market and cleaning the rods, bending, straightenning, cutting, fabricating and tying grills in position including cost of 18 SWG binding wires, etc. complete with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers incharge of the work. (The steel rods and binding wire required for this work will be supplied by the contractor's own cost.)

Supplying, fabricating delivering at site and erecting structural steels such as angles, plates, joists chennels, etc., as per the drawings and direction of the Assistant Engineer into columns (stanchions), trusses, beams and other structural members, purlins etc. including cutting, welding, rivetting, bolting, including providing the gazette plates and base plates etc. erecting of the above and fixing in position, etc. complete including cost of 1 coat of primary painting, bolts and nuts welding etc. including all accessories complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the Assistant Engineers in charge of the work (Payment will be made for the finished works only)

Providing and fixing of PPGI sheet, 150 gsm, 0.50MM TK roof with necessary GI screw etc., rain water cutter including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement, five sand) - 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.
