M & L for prepration of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying 2mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to acheve the surface even and smooth and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & Fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Primer & acrylic emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) and maximum height upto 25 mtr and rate included necessary scafolding.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surface with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying minimum 2mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve surface even and smooth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Plastic emulsion paint to be applied through mechanical means only on wall surfaces and maximum height of wall upto 8mtr.

M & L for preparation of old floor surface of chequered cement concrete tile /kerb stone surfaces, facias, cornices etc by complete removing all scale, loose material dust etc and applying one coats of weather proof anti fungal (Apex) paint as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
