1.Strengthening of BT Road @ Valasaivettikadu to Sengadu road KM 0/0-1/800

Clearing the Scrub jungles with uprooting as per standard specifications

Earth work excavation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring ,strutting,sectioning etc as per ss20A.

Picking the existing worn out metalled surface as per standard specifications

Providing Gravel soling from approved quarry and stacking them at site to dept. gauge for pre-measurement including cost, conveyance and labourcharges etc. complete. For Berms

Providing and laying 150mm compacted thick Wet Mix Macadam using 0.39cum of 45mm to 22.40mm IRC HBG metal and 0.396 cum of 2.36mm and below metal laying spreading and compacting grqaded stone aggegate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 406 of MORT & H specificaiton

Providing BITUMINOUS MACADAM 50 MM THICK to the required thickness of 50mm using 0.42m3 of 26.50mm to 0.13m3 of 11.20mm to 4.75mm metal 0.18m3 of 4.75mm metal with 38kgs Bitumen binder for 10m2 37.50mm consolidated thickness including cost and stacking standard dept gauge for pre measurement with power roller including hire and fuel charges for power roller bitument bioiler mini hot mix plant and all other tools and plants etc complted as per clause 504 of most specifications (Paver Finisher)

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface using 3Kg of bitumen 60/70 for 10sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 30 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Road Marker /Road stud with lens Reflector

Provision for HM Stones of size 0.75m x 0.23m x 0.10m

Provision for KM Stones of size 1.65m x 0.45m x 0.15m

Routine Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2
