Servicing Repairing of Air conditioning units

General Servicing of 1.5 /2.0 TR WAC/SAC units at site of different make I/c removing from existing position if reqd., dismantling of faulty parts, cleaning the air filter, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coil with help of caustic soda soap solution, lubrication of moving parts, complete checking, testing and minor faults rectification i/c replacement of knobs/ wiring kit (if required), setting of thermostat, preparing report including tightness of all electrical connections from SP MCB in DB to DP MCB/Plug & socket to TDR to AC unit etc as reqd.

Charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/R-410A/R-32 up to specified pressure(as per manufacturer's recommendation) in following capacity AC units and pressure testing by nitrogen, vaccumisation for 2 hours, purging with gas and testing commissioning of the AC unit etc. as reqd. Note : One job consists of charging of Gas in one compressor i.e.. One complete air conditioning circuit only.

a) 1.5 TR WAC/ Split AC

b) 2.0 TR WAC/ Split AC

Replacement of the following capacity rotary type compressor I/c dismantling of the existing fulty compressor from AC unit , to and fro transportation charges and I/T/C of compressor in existing WAC / Split AC etc complete as required. Note: The agency has to provide one year guarantee for every replaced compressor along with Test Certificate / Invoice of Purchase from authorized dealer, Faulty Compressor shall be the property of contractor.

Replacement of the following capacity reciprocating type compressor I/c dismantling of the existing faulty compressor from AC unit , to and fro transportation charges and I/T/C of compressor in existing WAC / Split AC etc complete as required. Note: The agency has to provide one year guarantee for every replaced compressor along with Test Certificate / Invoice of Purchase from authorized dealer, Faulty Compressor shall be the property of contractor.

Replacement of the following items/accessories in the existing AC Units in place of faulty/unserviceable parts i/c dismantling of the faulty, fixing the new item and testing, connection etc. complete as reqd.

a)Thermostat

b) Starting Capacitor ( 80-100/120 mfd)

c) Running Capacitor ( 36 / 40 / 60 mfd )

e) Fan Motor Capacitor (4/6 mfd)

f) Blower/Fan Blade

Replacement of condenser / Blower fan motor for 1.5 / 2 TR Window/Split A.C unit in lieu of damaged i/c connection etc as required.

Provision of Top up of R-22 gas in existing Window A.C /Split A.C units, i/c flushing, testing etc. as required.

Repairing of different makes and models of Power card (PCB) Indoor/Outdoor and Replacement of faulty parts i.e diodes,resistors,transistors etc. including dismantling and fixing the same connection, testing etc. complete as required.

P/F following size refrigerant copper piping i/c making joints with existing covering with polystyrene insulation i/c cutting, brazing, jointing, bends, sockets etc. as reqd.er, Faulty Compressor shall be the property of contractor.

Rewinding of existing Blower/Condenser fan motor for 1.5/2.0 TR W/SAC unit i/c replacement of bush i/c oiling ,greasing etc. as reqd.

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Copper conductor unarmoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size of following size as mentioned below.

a) 3 x 2.5 Sqmm

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia. 2 mm thick threaded PVC Pipe suitable for drain water on exisitng Tray / on wall with suitable clamps etc. compelte as required

P/F 12mm thick Exterior grade ISI mark both side laminated particle board for closeing of extra space of AC unit i/c fixing the same with screw ,complete etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) Single Pole

b) Double Pole

Supplying & Fixing of PCB card of suitable for invertor Split type AC unit of capacity 1.5 TR including testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.
