Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (DAR: 4.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DAR Code 6.4.1

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layer breaking clods. Watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every third or top most layer with power roller or minimum 8 tonne including 1.5m lift and all lead including cartage of earth by mechanical transportion and all T&P labour etc. required for proper completion of work (Earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from out side of NOIDA).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar (DAR Code: 15.7.4)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
