Transportation of Rig along with allied accessories etc. Complete including errection and levelling at site, through all kinds of roads, approaches field etc in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in foundation for digging Tubewell in all kinds of soils including dewatering, shoring from GL up to 3 mtrs including disposing execavted soil in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. with percussion Rig drilling .0-to-3.00 mtrs.

Drilling of bore as per specification laid down in IS 2800 -1991 (part -1) with up-to-date ammendements ,if any with percussion rig Direct Rotary rig or combination drilling Rig. Staring with 650-600 mm dia. M.S.pipe reduced to 450-400 mm dia. M.S. pipe confirming to IS 4270-2001 with up to date ammendments ,if any in all kind of soil.Boulders rocks collapsible strata saturated soils are tesion conditions i/c the cost of all consumable, stores, water, fuel ,lubricants and other accessories etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. (i) Drilling and lowering of M.S. casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with up to date ammendments if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 0-30 mtrs below ground level with in all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of M.S. casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with up to date ammendments if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 30-50 mtrs below ground level with in all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of M.S. casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with up to date ammendments if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above from50-100 mtrs below ground level with in all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of M.S. casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with up to date ammendments if any, of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 100-160 mtrs below ground level with in all leads and lifts.

Collection ,preservation and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and locking arrangement till handing over of the tube well to the department complete in all respect as per Engineer -in- Charge .

Supply and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance Welded M.S pipe 300mm dia nominal size housing ,8 mm thick having outside dia mtrs. 323.90 mm bevelled edge confirming to I.S. 4270-2001 with up -to-date amendments, if any ,about 4 mtr to 7 mtr . In length ,welded without any circumferential joint , into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks ,poles ,clamps embedded in foundation,cutting of threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts , complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and Lowering of site Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) stainless steel cage type "v" wire wound screen of size 300mm , 8mm thick with slot opening 1.0mm , as per "AISI" American Iron and Steel Inst " Type grade SS - 304 ,suitable to accommodate screen and ring including jointing screen in blind pipes complete in all respect all scafolding derricks ,poles ,clamps ,embbeding in foundation etc . Including cost of all cutting , threading and welding of pipes etc . Within all leads and lifts compete in all respect all as per the direction ofthe Engineer-in - charge. Screen will be of countinuous trapozoidal wire spirally wound around fabricated cage . The wrapping wire having "v" shaped (wedge ) profile wire with flat surface on the outside and producing expanding slots on the insides of various dimension ,resistance welded to a cylindrical body made of number of longitudnal special high tensile support rods to provides smooth unrestricted bore which are in turn welded into cylindrecal ring couplings on both sides of screens.

Providing and fixing M.S.taper/reducer as per lengths approved by Engioneer-in-charge the material of M.S taper /reducer shall be equivalent to parent pipe material and shall confirm to chemical coposition as per 4270-2001 with up to date ammendments , if any ,complete in all respectb as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge .

Supply and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance welded M.S. pipe m200mm nominal size housing , 6.40 mm thick hanving out side mtrs. 219.10 mm bevelled edge confirming to IS 4270-2001 with up-to-date ammendments, if any about 4mtr. to 7 mtrs to in length ,welded without any circumferential joints ,into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all all scaffolding derricks ,poles ,clamps , embbeding in foundation etc . Including cost of all cutting , threading and welding of pipes etc . Within all leads and lifts compete in all respect all as per the direction of the Engineer-in - charge.

Including cost of all cutting , threading and welding of pipes etc . Within all leads and lifts compete in all respect all as per the direction of the Engineer-in - charge. Providing and fixing M.S centralized guides at suitable spacing for each tube well as per IS 226-1991 with up-to-date amendments if any , within all leads and lifts , 1x4 nos . Completed in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge .

Supply ,lowereing and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200mm/300mm diameters with up-to-date amendments ,if any ,within all leads and lifts , complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer - in -charge

Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with up-to-date amendments cap with locking arrangement of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole ,as required , with in all leads and lifts ,complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer - in -charge .

Supplying and packing of gravel , consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 , not containing mopre than 2 % by weight of thin float of elangated pieces ,shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-3.35 mm , shall be free from impurites such as shafe ,shale ,mica ,felispar ,clay ,sand dirt loam ,baematte and organic material as per IS-4097 - 1967 with up-to-date amendments ,around intake of tubewell with minimum thickness of shroud around screen generally 100 mm to the entire depth of the bore as per 2800 (part-1 ) 1991 with up-to-date amendments , if any ,with in all leads and lifts ,complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer - in -charge .

Extration of all sizes blind / casing pipes with machine starting from the bottom of the bore hole , within all leads and lifts ,complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer - in -charge .(a) In contact with soil .

Development of tubewell by back washing method , with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity , pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line of minimum 65 mm size or with other suitable method , till the well is thorouly developed as per clauses 4.2 of IS 11189-1985 ,with up-to date anebdnebts ,if any , within all leads and lifts ,complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer - in -charge .

Development of tubewell by coutinuous over pumping method with VT pump / submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method / design discharge ,untill the well is sand free as per IS-11189-1985 up-to-date amendments , if any ,with in all leads and lifts , complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer - in -charge . The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT /submersible cointinuously for 8 hour in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer .

Testing the verticality of the tubewell as per clauses 4.3 of IS 2800 (Part -II) 1979 with up-to -date amendments,if any, using plumb and plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the well casing . The result of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in appendix -A of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with up-to-date ammendment,if ,any ,as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect asthe dirtection of the Engineer - in - charge .

Dismentaling of Rig or other allied accessories after complition of job within all leads and lifts, complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Handling over the tubewell in complete shape as per appendex "B" of clause 7 of IS 2800 ( Part II)-1979 with up-to-date ammendments if any, as appended with thye tender documents, in laminated form, in triplicate, complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer- in charge.
