Repainting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand including thorugh scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Rectification of beams, column and slabs by dismantling and chipping the distressed portico cleaning of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand plastering, cleaning and water washing applying corrosion, inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20kgs/1m2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three P sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure and finished neatly includinghire charges for all tools and plants, labour , fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing 7 days and all other incidential charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Installation of 100mm Drywall Partition with four layers of MGO-Magnesia Cement board square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 installed by using Auminimum channel.The Aluminimum channel 1.5mm thick, length 3600mm, fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant /Matt to be caulked along the lining frame before fixing the Aluminimum channels. Then Aluminimum channel of 25x50x1.5mm thick should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Synthetic Polyfiber, 1000 gsm density, thickness 50mm, width 600mm is held in position with Stick S7 dab spots inbetween Aluminimum Channel. Magnesia cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Another layer of Magnesia cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the first layer of Magnesia Cement board 12mm in staggered manner. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Repeat the process similarly on the other side of the framework to get 100 mm thick partition system. 4mm gap between boards to be filled in full depth by using Jointing Compound as per given recommendations and guidelines. Technical Parameters Fire (Class) – 1 & P, Acoustics - STC 43, Thermal conductivity (W/mk)– 0.118, Climate (°C, RH) – 50, 95, Light reflectance (%) – Paint dependant ,Green (VoC,RC %) – Low, 30 complete and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing Teakwood frame with scantling above 2m for doors including labour charges for wrought and putup and fixing holdfast in frame etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Teakwood fully panelled (Single Leaf) shutters using Teakwood scantlings of size 100x40mm for styles & rails, 22mm thick planks for panels (5 Nos) and Brass Furniture fittings(3 Nos - Brass Hinges 125x30mm, 2 Nos - Brass Tower bolt 300x12mm, 1 Nos - Brass Tower bolt 200x12mm, 1 Nos - Brass Aldrop 250x16mm, 2 Nos - Brass Handle 200mm) including cost of wind appliances and labour charges for fixing the furniture fittings in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
