Removing the old tarfelt layer and clean -up bitumen/Glass fiber cloth etc. to the surface by scraping and wire brushing complete. Including removing all loose debris, dust and check for hairlines cracks repairs the same as well as any surface imperfections with polymer modified mortar, complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :
Method of Application
Providing and laying integral cement based for waterproofing treatment with polymer modified mortar of appropriate proportion.
Providing and laying one coat (whenever one more coat) of (liquid waterproofing membrane) gelling agent like of
1. Eniroof EMB/Black
2. Star proof WF-MB-602,
3. Dr. fixit
4. Supertene
5. BASF etc as per standard IS make with appropriate proportion.
Providing and Laying Fibre Glass cloth on primer surface with 75 to 1000 mm overlap at joint.
Providing and laying one coat (whenever one more coat) of (liquid waterproofing membrane) gelling agent like of on the Glass Fibre Cloth layer and allow it to cure for 48 hours completely.
Providing and laying one or more coat of liquid waterproofing membrane) gelling agent Polymer as a top coat.
