Provision for for surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-ˇequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, : All kinds of soil.

Provision for compaction of base of PCC by laying water bound macadam sub-base with brick aggregate and binding material, earth etc. including screening, sorting and spreading to template and consolidation with light power road-roller etc. complete.

Provision for supplying and stacking of over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 120 mm to 40 mm at site for the base of concrete.

Provision for cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for pathway.

Provision for transfer of Bricks from Nagarjuni Hills to Sujatagarh appx. 45 km distance including loading and unloading carefully.

Provision for brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with all complete

Provision for Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): to the joints of the brick edge flooring etc. complete
