Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L for addition alteration in old GI pipe, screwing, cutting, threading, fixing of GI fittings like union, elbow, Tees, nipples, dummy, plugs etc of upto 80 mm bore including attending any minor work regarding pipe line as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rates for necessary GI fittings like union, tees, nipples, elbow etc is deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates

Supplying, laying or fixing in replacement, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size as shown below confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing and taking up / down existing unserviceable GI tubing with fittings / connections, carefully from trenches / ceiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified dia of bore 15 mm. Note:- Necessary earthwork if any will be paid under relevant items & measured seperately

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing of framed stages including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified.

S&F ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore dia including taking down the existing old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 25mm bore dia including taking down the existing old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plastic Water tank lid suitable for 500/1000/2000 ltr PVC Tank.

M & L for any type leakage arresting in old GI pipe/CPVC pipes/PPR Pipes including removing and replacement of fittings like union, elbow, Tees, nipples, dummy, plugs etc as required upto 40 mm bore including attending any minor work regarding pipe line as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and Returning filling is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for any type leakage arresting in old GI pipe/CPVC pipes/PPR Pipes including removing and replacement of fittings like union, elbow, Tees, nipples, dummy, plugs etc as required for 50mm & 80 mm bore including attending any minor work regarding pipe line as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and Returning filling is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, fix, installation, testing & commissioning of Digital water level indicator for Over head tanks and Underground sumps made of stainless steel SS 304, single phase 220 V with numeric Digital display unit and Magnetic Sensors with high resolution with backup accessories all as specified and directed. Make : Active Control or Equivalent ISI Marked. Note : (i) All types of wiring for electrical connection with conduit for both OHT and UG Sump with switch socket as directed by OEM or Engineer in Charge are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.
