Product Specification - Wooden shelf steel racks ( 915 W x 550 D x 2510 H ) Remove all Shelfs from Rack carefully, without causing damage. Keep all hardware safely for reassembly. 1.Surface Preparation - Cleaning: Remove dust, grease, rust, and old paint using sandpaper, wire brush, or approved chemical cleaners. Initial Sanding: Use emery paper (80–120 grit) to smoothen the surface for proper adhesion. Putty Application: Apply metal/wood putty to fill dents, holes, and imperfections. Final Sanding: After putty dries, sand the surface again to achieve a uniform finish. 2.Repair Work- Repair or replace of Wooden Shelf to make it Functional. 3.Primer Application- Apply one coat of high-quality primer suitable for metal surfaces.Ensure uniform coverage and allow proper drying time. 4.Painting- Apply coat Duco furniture enamel paint using spray method. Light sanding between coats for smooth finish. Color: As approved by the department/engineer-in-charge. 5.Finishing- Ensure glossy, smooth, and defect-free finish.
