Dismentling and Un-loading etc. of filter media from cylindrical Horizontal vertical Including stacking of material upto a lead of 50 mtrs and then cleaning the same as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning the Horizontal vessal inside with air pressure and painting the same with two or more coats with anti icrosine black bituminous paint outside surface also to be cleaned properly and painted with enamel paint of two or more coats including valves etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply, placing packing and leveling of filter Gravel as per IS 5419 (part-6-10 1977 with latest hard, spherical and uniform size, properly washed and cleaned for each layer ranging with media with 16/32 mesh sieve sand including and as per direction of EIC.

Additional layer of MnO2 will be provided as iron removal media thickness will be 150 mm

P/F PCV Stainer the filter Bed inside the Vessel As per ISI specification (5/8 umbrella type PVC) Including all and as per dicection of EIC.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I . Fittings ( Socket , Flandes ,Tee etc.) including trenching and refilling etc. external work: 100 mm dia. Nominal bore.(Jindal medium Class B or equivalent .

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately 100 mm diameter Class I .

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
