Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the surface even and smooth complete (As per DSR 13.80)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). (As per DSR 13.111.2)

Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Chajjas, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete l:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
