Taking down cement plaster and concrete from brick work walls, ceiling, stone RCC, stone surfaces all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on surface other than fair face of brick-work or on oneside of lathingsurface finished even and fair with out using extra cement usig WPC @3%by weight of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in precast cement concrete as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc) chulhahoods chhajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plan faces setting cement mortar 1:6

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete as specified and directed.

M&L cement base paint two coats on old surfaces of walls incl preparation of surfaces

M&L for brooming down old decorated surfaces of wall, plastered or unplastered including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 usIng 40m graded aggregate as in 75 mm thick plinth protection cocnrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismanting of wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & backing complete including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the permises as directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles (300 x 300mm x 10 mm thick, in floor etc set & joointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over incl screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick sub base.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (of approved shade) of size 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.15 sqm in design pattern on vertical surfaces of walls over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) Set &jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with using pigment of suitable shade of match the shade of tiles as specified.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc including provision of PCC (1:5:10) type E2 in filling, making good to floor, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless symphonic action type low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litre capacity including 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve, float and handle complete all as specified.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain, framed,panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail & panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply seasoned & chemically pressure treated/12mm veneered, particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail & steel as per IS : 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates angle or other covering door etc to be prepared for handing or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging dor fittings (exclusive of steel or othr covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

S&F mild steel butt hinges medium weight cold rolled of size 100mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame f size 50*47 mm made out of 5mm thick palin colour PVC sheet with MS square tube suppling and fixing in opening as per specified.

M & L for Concealed Conduit Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core PVC insulated cable FRLS type 1100 V multistranded drawn through conduit and including rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade and pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.6 mm thick MS duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet including running up of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for fixing the switches/ sockets/ regulators etc all as specified for: (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5A, SP
