Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) exc 15cm thick above ground floor.

M&L for APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, 3mm thick reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sq cm, tearing strength of 100Nm, by torch application including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end laps over a coat of bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm and applying a coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 over the membrane @1.20 Kg/Sqm with 10mm renderdering with CM 1:3 on fair finished over brick or concreteand finishing with aluminium paint applied @0.10 Kg per Sqm over bituminous coat complete , including removing of existing damaged APP roof treatment and cleaning the cement concrete roof surface free from dirt, dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm” all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning of old surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint on old APP Membrane incl prepartion of any description, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering on walls at any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering of 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on floor including of water proofing compound all as specified and directed

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application & a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m applied on the top of APP membrane including cleaning surfaces of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 40mm graded cinter aggregates as sunken slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 25mm thick type B-0,1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting holes into or through brick walls exc 150 sqcm but n exc 400 sqcm built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 16mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors as spout pipe for sunken complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floor jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match including dismantling of floor tiles and cement mortor.

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L making good in cement mortar (1:4) under cills or over arches, lintels and wall over gable wall, etc including all pinning when necessray and taking down loose plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated , semicorrugated,etc.) sheets in roof covering and including removing of plaster on top of wall and plastering the same to set new sheeting as required .

Re-fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Taking down leaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.45mm to 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.45mm to 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in ridges, valley gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for framed work all as specified and directed.

M & L rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or wall plaster , cleaning out, wetting and grouting with crack seal eposy resin and making good in existing finish all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) floor trap, 75mm dia outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattren white complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl PVC 'P' / 'S' trap 100mm dia and PVC reducer 110mm dia all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs health faucet (ABS body) mild steel CP suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25m long flexible tube and ABS wall hook incl making connection and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified.

S&F in repair Two way angle cock brass chromimum plated all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepartion of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI / CPVC tubing 25/32mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item no 33 here-in-before but for 40/50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) during the roof repairs etc. and hoisting, reconnecting / re-fixing in position after the roof is repaired complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 35 here-in-before but for 1000 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) Pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore, fitted with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.
