Control Panel: Fabrication, providing and fitting of Modular control panel of appropriate size fabricated out of 16 SWG gauge sheet having required openings / vents , protections & fitted with accessories as per the details given in Annexure (NIT)

Providing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning 25KVA Oil cooled Manual Voltage stabilizer of the following specifications: Type : Manually Operated Oil cooled Capacity : 25 KVA No. of phases: 3- Phase 50 Hz frequencies. Operating conditions : Input : 180 volts + 10% to 220 V + 10% on 3 Phase AC supply Output: 415 volts+ 10% 3-phase AC supply. Terminals : The container at its top is to be fitted with porcelain insulator for housing lugs 3 Nos incoming brass lugs to be fitted on Bakelite sheet. 4 No's of outgoing brass lugs to be fitted on Bakelite sheet. Core: High Permeability CRGO Core of rolled high Silicon steel lamination held together with the help of steel clamp. Hysteresis losses to be minimum and temperature not to exceed 70Deg C. Air gap to be minimum to avoid eddy formation for it the coil is to be immersed ,insulated, varnished and dried by suitable means. Coils: Copper wound with adequate Fibreglass/ Cotton insulation and suitable to the duty to be performed. Insulation : Fibre Glass/Cotton Regulator: Double Plate with cylindrical copper contacts having six boxing steps. The contacts to be suitable to with stand overloading current at least double the rated correct over considerable period of time. Efficiency : 98% at nominal load The Voltage Stabilizer is oil cooled and shall be filled with proper grade T.Oil of required Dielectric strength above the Regulator plate housed in a MS Tank container sufficient to accommodate cores, winding , internal connections , insulating media and shall be of excellent fit and finish with suitable thickess and duly painted. The top Panel of the stabilizer shall be fitted with 2 No Analogue type Voltmeters (0-500 Volts) (L&T /Rishabh make for input / output parameters along with Neon indication lamps. The stabilizer shall also be provided with steel castor wheels to be fitted at the bottom for easy transportation. The job includes connecting the stabilizer to Main A.C supply followed by testing of the same on full load conditions. The job includes cost, on account of transportation, tools, tackles and all other consumables required for carrying out the job at site.
