Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R Works) M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade (premium quality) of size 9-10 mm thick in highlighter basis (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor/ skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Mirror polished kota sotne slab flooring of size 18-20 mm thick over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement morter 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment including cutting and mirror polishing including dismantling of old tile in any type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab (mirror polished) flooring of size 18-20mm thick as in skirting and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular, rubbing and cutting and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 after dismantling old unserviceable of skirting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for tiling including demolition of old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) including demolition of old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick, stone or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
