Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for wall foundation etc or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in foundation/trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and lay sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class 'B' bricks best class locally available laid over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually without damaging the surface for 40mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Depth of hole shall be upto 1.20 metre below the top surface of road / pavement / hard standing /Path. (ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid for separetely under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and fix 40 mm bore steel tubing galvanised “Light Grade” in trenches/poles, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables, including sealing ends complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of 2 core x 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unarmoured cable, 600/1100V rated with annealed solid copper conductor, through and including PVC conduit of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Supplying and laying of 6 core x 2.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1100V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Supply and fix modular switch socket combination 3/6 pin flush type 5/16 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed single core, nominal area 4 sqm with multistranded copper conductor FRLS Cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and included rigid PVC conduit (concealed) with all PVC conduit fittings such as Tees, elbows, bend, reducers etc and 4 sqmm unsheathed copper conductor earth wire connected to earth dolly including metal junction box, grid plate and base plate suitable for modular switch, socket for one sockets outlet on independent board controller by one switch 15/16 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Switches, sockets, etc shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) The cost of chases cutting on wall for concealing conduit, metal boxes, grid plate and base plate quoted rated are included in the unit.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of uninterruptible power source (UPS) for main control panel Capacity : 1000VA, Input Nominal Voltage : 230V AC, Voltage Range : 140V to 290V, with two number 12 Volts 50 AH, battery and minimum backup upto 30 minutes, Frequency Range : 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 32-bit Microprocessor based intelligent Addressable, Peer-to-Peer networkable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) two loop with Digital Voice Command Centre. FACP shall provided a power limited base panel with Red cabinet and door, 110/240 VAC 50Hz input power. FACP shall facilitate Voice Communication command function for itself as well as other control panels on the fire network. FACP shall accommodate up to 2 Nos of 12V/50AH batteries in its own housing and shall have a battery charging capacity of up to 2 Nos of 12V/100 AH housed externally. FACP shall have min 80 character display and at least 5 custom-programmable buttons for user-specific programmable functions. Each Detection Loop of FACP shall accommodate upto 250 detectors and devices in any combination. FACP shall accommodate up to 3000 detectors and devices at 100% capacity in any combination.
