Providing and fixing A.C.P 3 mm multi coloured (Fire retardant) in partitions, WALLS, ceilings, shutters frames, boxing etc in panels of min size 600mm x 600mm or equivalent including, G.I FRAMING 1-1.5 MM THICK (as per ENGINEER IN CHARGE) including cost of Fasteners /rivets, rubber, neoprene gasket, waterproof silicon sealent, what ever required at site cost of scaffolding or as required at site as per the directions of concerned engineer in Charge. Complete Job.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick rigid PVC wall panelling of approved make, shade & pattern over strong frame work of powder-coated MS box sections, spacing not exceeding 600 mm c/c both ways, including necessary edge trims, corner profiles, self-tapping stainless steel screws, sealants, adhesives and all complete finishing to make surface smooth, waterproof and hygienic, in hospital ward/washroom as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost and carriage of all the material upto site of work complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved make conforming to IS : 8931 complete all inclusive.

Providing and Fixing of exhaust fan of size 12"x 12" of approved make and manufacture in Crompton, Anchor or equivalent make. Including making holes in brickwork for fixing the same. All costs and carriages complete.

Providing and fking 35 litres capacity water Geyser of approved brand and manufacture including all necessary fittings and inlet pipes of 24 inches length.
