Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 meter (5ft.) lifts and 30.00 m. (100 ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposided as spoil banks within 30.00 meters (100 ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer in Charge. S.I.No-253 As in item No. 253 above but cutting or embankment in black cotton soil in Bundelkhand areas requiring use of spcial T&P such as pick axes and subbals etc. S.I.No-253(b)

Earth work in embankement mechanically compacted to 95% procter density in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter in depth and E/w in embankment to be in 20cm. Layers including to ramming and dressing surface to required level and slopes of cliuds and 1.5cm lift & 30m lead. The Earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to deposited as spoil bank with in 30m distance also including royality as per Govt. circular & supply of all labour T & P roller and tanker etc. required for proper completion of work. (Wedding for existing road)S.I.No-253(c)

By Mix in Place Method (Blanket coat) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(iii) or Grading III Material (Blanket coat)

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Wet mix Macadam Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C. in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surfaceand compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density. (As per Clause 406)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.325 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying 25 mm. thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Layers including to ramming and dressing surface to required level and slopes of cliuds and 1.5cm lift & 30m lead. The Earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to deposited as spoil bank with in 30m distance also including royality as per Govt. circular & supply of all labour T & P roller and tanker etc. required for proper completion of work.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Tech (in Villege abadi area.)

Construction of 1000 mm dia, 350 mm dai H.P. culvert, RCC U-type drain & Retaining wall Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)

Local Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km. (5 miles) from the side of work & including watering,dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials,labour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.No-255

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (S.I.No. 281).

Random course Rubble massonary in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Chpt-8 Add Item (b)

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.
