Dismantling of flooring and base concrete in Lecture Theatre 4 at AIIMS Raipur

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Removal of fixed-type auditorium chair by detaching anchoring components (screws, bolts, or fasteners) using suitable tools and equipment. The chair shall be carefully handled, transported and stored to a designated safe location within a lead of 100 meters from the point of removal. All necessary tools, plants, and manpower shall be arranged by the contractor. Care shall be taken to avoid damage to flooring, adjacent fixtures, or the chair itself. Any debris or leftover fasteners shall be cleared from the site post-removal. The work shall be executed strictly as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Payment shall be made per successfully removed and relocated chair.
