Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats sythetic enamel paint of camouflage pattern de-galvanizng with one coat of 'H' primer in four or more shades as directed by Engr-in-charge incl necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar etc complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, of size 450x350 mmx7mm thick,as in skirting, dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Non-skid / mat finish coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.11 Sqm but n.exe 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 12mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Peparing of newly plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of coloured primer in camouflage pattern (four) or more shades as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing of new plastered or unplastered or previously treated surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on walls including cleaning all window panes from splashes of white wash, etc complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
