Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed as in item 06002, built in CM 1:4

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars upto 12mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stones or boulders, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (1:2:4) Type B-1, Plain cement concrete with using 20mm graded aggregate as in hard standing etc finished with without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded agg) as in columns pillars piers posts and sturts etc

S&F mild steel scew bolt with hexagonal or square heads at one another or screwed both hands, each screwed end needs to be fitted with washer length exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L vetrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick, in light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L glazed ceremic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x7 mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M& L for granite 25 mm thick of any type in cooking platform in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite complete all as directed.
