M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 tyoe C-2 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection in alternate bays not more than 3.0 mtr length with joints between panels is 12mm wide will be filled with1 part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof / floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre on old concrete surfaces.complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid ,bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edge of stone slab one edge, such on in stop, cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.
