Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. ( 2 mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

P/f 12 mm thick plyboard of approved brand and manufacturer including cost of nails, adhesives etc complete job.

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.( Two or more coats on new work)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws) 35 mm

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured)

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm, with 40mm dia, steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

P/a knifing grey on wooden surface to make it even and smooth.
