Dismatling existing DTGM board (Distance to go marker boards use runway in which numerical reflective tape) of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm bore PVC pipe of Low density polyethene (LDPE) pipe of pressure rating 6Kgf/Sqcm as in DTGM board fixed with suitable screws and make it functional etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F micro prismatic type retro reflective boards confirming to Type-XI of ASTM D-4956 and IRC-67-2010, made of 3mm thick PVC shetting. The front and side are to be covered with micro prismatic polycarbonate retro reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI of ASTM including writing letters / figures of size suitable for DTGM board as per AF authority and as per ICAO standards ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as spcified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in post filling, bed plate and bed block to hold fast concrete.complete all as spcified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good to disturbed surface. complete all as spcified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectovised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC :67-2012 made of encapsulated lens tube reflective sheeting vide clauses 801.3 sized over 3mm thick ACP (aluminium composite pannel) sheeting supported on PVC pipe dia as reqiurements, similarly fixed to the above the ground and all legs of board inserted in ground as per requirement means of properly desinged by concerning authorty/as per approval drawings. Letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade including rate of repair and refixing and dismantling of existing unserviceable sign board complete as per AF authority and as per ICAO standards all as specified and as directed.

Removing old layers of paints by scrapping with metal wire brush and suitabe tools and clean the surface by sweeping and then using electric blower and applying one coat of film thickness of Apcotrak is of Asian or berger or M/s STP limited or equavalent road marking paint, water based matt finished as per IS-164 of white, Golden yellow, deep orange, red and black in lines, dashes arrows, circle triangle etc, on concrete or, bitumen surfaces/ pavements and the like exceeding 10cm in width with mechanical pavement marking machine Graco line lazer v 5900 HP automatic series with two Guns or equivalent or higher capable to work. (Airless spray applications as per IS-164/RM-164) ,complete as per AF authority and as per ICAO standards all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Rates for supply of material are included in the item.

M&L for removing old layers of paints by scrapping with metal wire brush and suitalbe tools and clean the surface by sweeping and then using electric blower for complete obliteration and applying one coat of Apcotrak IS of Asian or Berger M/s STP limited or Road marking paint, water based matt finished of colour of water base will be concrete/ bituminos surface background colour and as per the requirement in arifiedl and associated areas as per IS-164 in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, circle, triangle etc exceeding 10 m in width with brush complete all as speified and directed by Enginer-in-charge. Note :- Rates for supply of maerial are included in the item.

Maintenance of airfield shoulders by deploying Tractor with suitable capacity jungle jim with tractor operator and two Helpers for cutting of grass and one helper for sweeping grass after cutting of grass bushes, small plants of any type along the sides of Runway shoulders and airfield areas including supply of fuel,lubricants, spares and renewal of tyres/tubes as required for smooth operation of equipment deployed including maintenance of tractor, jungle jim, insurance and license fees including removing of debris to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m from the site complete all as directed. Note : (a) Area shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge and representative of user. (b) 01 Nos of Jungle jim shall be made available at all times at site and the same may be increased to required numbers as per site requirement. (c ) The work is required to be exelcuted along main/Secondary Runway. Therefore, the work shall be executed during non-flying hours either during Day or Night without causing any distrubance for flying. (d) The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area. (e) Proper safety arrangement, equipment shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. (f) Wherever movement of jungle jim is not feasible due to obstruction and at edges of pavement surfaces the same shall be cleared manually by the bush cutter/ grass cutter machine or by any other tools with manually. (h) The machine shall be run for a minimun 08 hrs in a day and log register to be maintained in consultation with JE/ Engr-in-Charge. Copy of the same duly signed by user and Engr-in-Charge shall be submitted along with RAR/FB as per Appx 'D'. (g) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering all the above provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
