Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking up or down water tubing 15 mm bore from trenches/wall, ceiling or floors including all fittings, segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified.

Taking up or down water tubing 20 mm bore from trenches/wall, ceiling or floors including all fittings, segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) & removing from site area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section for unframed work, in any position all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed by Engr- In- Charge.
