Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by Stone Aggregatet 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing & fixing PVC pipe as weep hole as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete surface drain including earth excavation 10 cm thick base concrete and 15 cm thick side wall with 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) cement concrete finishing with 1:4 (1 cement:4fine sand) a floating coat of neat cement inside the drain and its top and exposed surface and disposal surplus earth complete. 23 X 23 cm size
