SITC of pit less type weigh bridge having capacity 50 MT, Accuracy 10 Kg., Platform size 9 Mtr. X 3 Mtr. with details of platform plate/ side beam (i.e. thickness, material & make etc):- Modular Welded Deck Structure made up of rolled steel with IS: 2062 fabricated 2 nos. Side beam 500 X 180 mm joist, fabricated with min. 12 nos. of 250 X 125 cross joist and min. 30 nos. of 200 X 100 mm cross joist with uniform spacing & 10 mm plates on top welded with antiskid strips, 6 set of foundation plates & load cell mountings suitable for weigh bridge. The main girder/ beams and cross beams will be in single piece without any welded/ joint section. All MS parts are cleaned to near metal finish and protected with premium quality zinc rich primer and topped with premium quality Enamel paint. The scale is fully electronic in design and shall not incorporate any mechanical weighing elements.

SITC of Load cells of Steel alloy (Electroless Nickel Plated Tool Steel) hermetically sealed construction of analog compression type, Allowable safe over load on each cell shall be 150% of the design load and the impact load shall be designed for 300 % of the design load. The rated output sensitivity shall be 2mV/V + 0.002, IP68 Protection. Should capable of sensing from zero to rated capacity, built in suppression of interference voltage, compensated for variations in temperatures, Ingress & Lightning protection, Environmental protection IP69k along with Cable-6 core multi stranded screened.

SITC of Connection Networking cable/ wire/ piping: Piping: - PVC/ GI pipe with fittings/ clamp including cutting and making good the earth/ walls pipe is to be land below the ground level from weighbridge to computer room at suitable depth as per relevant norms. Networking/ internal connection Cabling: - All cable required for inter connecting the above hardware etc. weighbridge to computer inter connected are in the scope of the work. Stamping of weighbridge: - The weigh bridge so installed will have to be got stamped by weigh and measure Department of Delhi Govt.

C.I. Weight of 1000 Kg: - Provision of 1000 kg C.I. Weight (i.e. 20 Kg X 50) duly approved/ stamped by weight and measure department of Delhi.

Providing and fixing of rubber mat of good quality which can bear the load of 50 Ton capacity on the bridge at incoming and outgoing space to prevent the flow of liquid mud on load cell. The size of mat is 1 mtr x 3.5 mtr x 12.5 mm thick, as per fabricator. M.S. Plate of size 350*50*6 mm dully drilling for one side of weigh bridge. Min. weight of M.S. Plate= 5*0.6*350*7.85= 8.24 Kg along with high tensile bolt for fixing above of rubber and M.S. plate at both sides of weigh bridges for vehicle IN & OUT as required.

Providing Pre-fabricated, fully assembled, porta cabin shelter made with puff Insulated sandwich panel cladded with PPGI sheets on both sides confirming to following specifications: (a) Internal Size of Shelter: - 2.9m X 2.0m X (2.1m/ 1.9m (.1m slope)) (LXBXH) approx. (b) Base Frame: - The Shelter shall be mounted on a suitable base frame (made from M. S. Channel of size 75x40mm for structure base and 100x50mm for main chassis with box pipe as per requirement) having four nos. wheels comprising of tube & tyre (size 4.50 x 12, Axel size 50x50mm, Road spring 32”, with necessary fittings) steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer for using on structural steel etc. as required. (e) Stairs: - Shall be fabricated by using M. S. angle of 32x32x3 mm, 25x25x3 mm and M.S. Flat 25x3 mm. (f) Toeing Arrangements: - Shall be fabricated by using M.S. Channel of size 75mm x 40mm, Thrust bearing, bearing holder and toeing hook with spring etc. and other necessary fittings. (g) Electrical: - Providing & fixing electrical LED T/L 2’ fittings- 4 Nos., Wall fan 450mm- 2 Nos. and provision of 5A Switch/ Socket- 4 Nos., 15/16 A Switch/ Socket- 3 Nos. including wiring by using fire retardant single core copper conductor of required size compete all as required. (h) Roof: - The roof shall be made 50/30 mm PUF sandwiched panel cladded with 0.5mm PPGI Sheet, providing Slope with suitable projections on all sides & fixed with suitable fasteners. (i) Door: - The Door shall be made with 40mm thick PUF having density of 36 + 2 Kg/m3 sandwiched panel cladded with PPGI sheets of thickness of 0.5mm on both sides with the help of U-tracks & other related items.
